In 2017 we’ve just “turnkey” successfully completed a project in Kazakhstan for our European customer, presupposing business’ full interception and consequent running, up until the time the new CEO and other personnel are hired. All executive search within this project has also been done by LPR management.
Within 2018 – 2019 we’ve successfully handled a large-scale international agrochemical business’ global restructuring in the Russian territory. Restructuring, including, but not limited to, has comprised strategic consulting, anti-crisis and interim management of holding’s businesses, liquidation of massive receivables, shutting down of some holding’s businesses, presupposing protection & preservation of shareholders’ assets.
Within the framework of 2020 — 2023, we’ve successfully carried out the change of jurisdictions of several businesses from Russia and Belarus, which were transferred to the Republic of Poland, with the provision of significant tax benefits and other advantages in the new jurisdiction.
